Order Processing & Fulfillment
We work with Printful, a print-on-demand provider, to fulfill our orders. Each product is made to order, which means processing times vary. On average, orders are processed within 2-7 business days before they are shipped.
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times depend on your location and Printful’s fulfillment centers. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

United States: 3-6 business days

Canada: 7-29 business days

Europe: 5-10 business days

Rest of the World: 10-21 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer standard and expedited shipping where available.
International Shipping & Customs
We offer international shipping to most countries. However, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information first. If you suspect your order is lost, contact us at info@chaush.ca within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
